(1) Filled Application Forms for Chinese Language Programs in Zhejiang Gongshang University;

(2) Photocopy of your passport and three passport photos, which size is the same as in passport;

(3) Your highest certificate/diploma and transcripts;

(4) Foreigner Physical Examination Report;【with annex, lab report】

(5) Resume/CV

(6) Non-criminal Record

(7) Remittance receipt of the application fee of 400 RMB yuan through university account.
